- 1/2 cup organic coconut milk
- 1/4 cup Jimalie coconut nectar
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp of pure vanilla extract
Heat coconut milk, salt and nectar in saucepan over medium in a saucepan. Once it begins to bubble reduce to low and stir occasionally for approx. 12-15 minutes and then add in vanilla. Allow to cool down a tad before serving.
This recipe makes a very small amount as we only use a little at home to drizzle over brownies etc. If you double the ingredients to make a larger batch it may need extra time to simmer.
