A simple but effective go to protein hit after a gym session.


2 frozen banans
1 block of frozen açai 
1 table spoon of MCT powder with collagen
1 scoop protein powder
3 table spoons of water
Put all ingredients into a blender 
Blend until smooth
Scoop into bowl and top off with your favourite fruit, nuts and seeds.
