Enjoy lightly sweet protein cookies, the perfect on-the-go snack and super simple and quick to make!

Ingredients

  • 250g of ABC (almond, Brazil & cashew) butter
  • 3 heaped tbsp of Protein Powder
  • 3/4 cup Jimalie coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup black sesame seeds
  • 1 pasture raised organic egg
  • 1 tsp aluminium free bicarb powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extracts
  • a pinch Celtic sea salt

Procedure

Mix it all up in a bowl and divide mixture by 12 and place on a lined tray and bake for 10 minutes at 180.
